Wake Me Up Coffee started with a simple belief — that every Australian deserves access to genuinely fresh, specialty-grade coffee without paying a premium price or waiting days for delivery.
We noticed that most coffee sitting on supermarket shelves had been roasted months before it reached the customer. Freshness is everything in coffee — the difference between a bag roasted last week and one roasted six months ago is night and day in flavour, aroma, and experience.
So we built a roastery in Pendle Hills, Sydney, committed to one rule: roast to order, every single time. When you place an order with Wake Me Up Coffee, we roast your beans specifically for you before packaging and dispatching them — not pulling them off a warehouse shelf.
